The controller of personal data collected on www.wizzinvest.com is WizzInvest SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of EUR 19,625, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 820 313 401, whose registered office is at 38 rue de Berri, 75008 Paris, France.

Scope

This policy applies to data collected through the www.wizzinvest.com website (forms, email exchanges, browsing). Data processed through the WizzInvest platform (app.wizzinvest.com) and the services provided to our clients is governed by our contracts with them.

Data we collect

We only collect the data needed for the purposes described below:

• Contact form: full name, company, work email address, phone number (optional), message.
• Application form: full name, email address, phone number and LinkedIn profile (optional), CV, message.
• Browsing: technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, with your consent, audience measurement data.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the WizzInvest teams authorised to process it (management, sales, recruitment). It may be shared with our technical subcontractors, strictly within the scope of their assignment:

• server hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix (France)
• email and form management: WizzInvest’s email system, hosted by OVH
• audience measurement: Matomo

WizzInvest does not sell or rent your personal data.

Transfers outside the European Union

Your data is hosted in France, on OVH servers, as is our email system. Our audience measurement tool, Matomo, also operates in Europe. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Security

WizzInvest implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration: encrypted exchanges, access rights management and access logging.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:

• right of access and rectification;
• right to erasure;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to object, in particular to marketing;
• right to data portability;
• right to withdraw your consent at any time;
• right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to rgpd@wizzinvest.com. We will reply within one month. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
